New home 2 rooms for rent in Point Aquarius (gated community,) on Lake Conroe. Two community pools, tennis and basketball courts as well as a private boat launch. Backyard, plenty of parking and easy drive to shopping, dining and what ever you like. Full kitchen, washer/dryer and all utilities/internet shared.

Myself I am the only person living here, I work 40-45 hours a week. Smoker but not inside, I occasionally drink; extremely respectful, clean and neat. I like sports and concerts and conservation but I do not want drama searching for roommates that can bring the energy, no drugs.
