About the room
Hello! We are looking for a housemate in a 3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom complex in Mid City / Koreatown area. We are ideally looking to fill the space by late March
About the apartment: -Rent is $1,400 (not including utilities, which is approximately in $100-150 range a month) -Room has a private bathroom, and plenty of space for a full sized bed (likely a queen as well) and desk -Central AC / Heating -1 Parking spot + tandem spot (could fit up to 3). We have a good system to make it work smoothly and there is also street parking -In-unit laundry
About you: -Ideally a working professional in your 20s or 30s -Clean after yourself (common area, take out trash / bins, sink, etc) -Laidback and respectful -No anger / confrontational issues -Ideally no pets but not a dealbreaker
About the roomies
About us: -We are UCSB alumns in our early 30s and work in Finance / Real Estate. We are avid basketball and football fans, and fitness enthusiasts -We mostly keep to ourselves and are clean and respectful of all common areas. Sometimes have social gatherings but rare -We are pretty low key and are comfortable spending time alone or with others -Mindful of each others space and respectful
