Hello! And welcome to my home! I have a beautifully furnished, chic, modern, clean home with a furnished bedroom and bath for rent on a private side of the house. Your room is complete with a queen bed, linens, pillows, night stands, an internet TV with Roku, Netflix and more! As my home is completely furnished, all that’s needed are you and your personal items. 😉

My home is ideally located off 183S close to the airport with easy access to 71, 130, 45, 35 and many parts of Austin. If you long for the feel of living in the country but the convenience of the city, look no further.

I live in a safe, beautiful, diverse and quiet neighborhood with amazing neighbors. Everyone is friendly and we have access to 2 pools, a gym and hiking trail. The pool on our side is set away from homes, offering a private, resort like feel and we’re only 4 miles from McKinney Falls state park and just a couple miles from Richard Moya park.

My home backs up to a lovely green space and occasionally you might see some cows but you’ll definitely hear and see the birds flying up to the feeders. I’m also about a 5min hike through my backyard gate to a private area of Onion Creek. Some neighbors like to swim or kayak there.

I’m looking for a quiet, like minded non-smoker, with a stable full time job. Must be able to pass credit and background checks. Please, no pets.

I work from home full time during the day and a very chill person. I’m young at heart, active, very clean and love to travel and meet new people from around the world. I enjoy bicycling, hiking, meditation, and going to Meetups. I don’t have pets but sometimes I board small dogs for Rover. Most are repeat clients, are quiet and well behaved.
