About the room

Clean home near west town mall. I, the home owner, have recently taken a job in Nashville, but I’d like to keep my house so I’m renting out this bedroom to halo out the mortgage. Private room and you’ll have essentially your own bathroom as I am not renting out the 3rd bedroom. Utilities run about $150/month and are split evenly ($75/mo). Electric stove, new vinyl floors, new carpet in bedroom.

About the roomies

One other person living here, my old roomate. He’s an engineer at Y-12 and is out of the house early. Super nice guy, clean, and extremely easy to live with.
