Emogene Street

I am looking for a female roommate to rent this house with me. You will have your own bedroom but shared bath.

• washer and dryer included
• 50/50 utilities (water, electricity, lawn mowing when required)
• there’s a separate area from the living room can be used for office/ working area
• I don’t have much furniture yet so feel free to bring yours
• 5 mins away from Walmart, Sam’s, Target. 15 mins to dt mobile/ USA
• any renter will be required to go through background check from the landlord
• please be responsible and clean, no smoker, not 420 friendly

I am easygoing and love being outdoor. I work full time and study part time so I would stay in the house quite a lot when I am not at work. I am a clean person so I expect you to be clean as well. I have a cat so if you like cat that’s great! Let me know if you have any questions! :)
