Beautiful fully furnished master room for rent in a quiet, safe neighborhood. 1 private bedroom and two shared bathrooms in a 3 bedroom 2 bath house with high tech appliances. This room is for rent based on a monthly lease but is also available for up to 2 years to lease. There are currently only 2 female roommates here. We are looking for someone who is quiet, respectful, keeps to themselves, and cleans up after any messes they make.

Requirements:

-Must have a full time professional job

-No guests over, couples, or children in the room for everyone’s safety

-No drug users or party people
