Here is a nice place to live for one woman… large room in a manufactured home in nice quiet neighborhood. With one partly retired woman, easy to get along with and looking for same. Rent is all bills paid, 450, month to month. Half month deposit. No felonies or hard drugs or liquor please. One cat one dog and two parakeets live here. Can’t take on any more pets.
