Looking for one roommate to move in the middle / end of MARCH or beginning of APRIL ABOUT THE APARTMENT: Approximately 800 sq ft split level, 2 bedrooms with large private back porch (apprx 8’ x 20’). The apartment will be mostly unfurnished upon move in, as most of the current furniture is owned by my roommate. In unit washer and dryer. Very large kitchen with modern appliances, stone countertops, tile backsplash, dishwasher, and tons of cabinet space. Moderate living room and dining space. Street parking is doable but can be a bit of a challenge if you’re looking for a spot during business hours. Usually isn’t hard to find a spot within a block in the mornings, evenings and weekends. ABOUT THE ROOM: Approximately 12 x 2 dimensions with a good size closet (closet w/ a fair amount of space). Room has a door that leads directly to the back porch. Very large, personal bathroom with an overhead shower. LOCATION: Definitely a bit of a biased position on this but personally think it is one of the best, happening areas in the city. Tons of bars, restaurants, shops and running options within a few blocks. On the edge of Dupont Circle, Georgetown and West End. 25 minute walk to National Mall or Georgetown M St. 20 minute walk to 18th St AdMo. 10-15 minute walk to GWU. 7 minute walk to Dupont Circle Metro stop (red line) 13 minute walk to Foggy Bottom Metro stop (orange, blue, silver lines)
