He owns the home and there is a bedroom available for rent. You would have a private bathroom across the hall. There is plenty of space, and always parking available directly in front of the house. Rent is $795, and then all utilities would be split evenly 3 ways. 15 minutes from the airport, 25 minutes from downtown. A beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood! Looking for someone interested in atleast a 6 to 12 month lease. We are open to up to 12 months if it seems like it will be a good fit. Washer/dryer are in the home. The house has a fenced in backyard. The neighborhood has 25+ miles of biking/walking trails. It is a 10 minute walk to 2 different parks with basketball courts, baseball fields, disc golf, community pool, tennis courts, dog park, several playgrounds, and more!
