This is a quadraplex house located walking distance from the Choo Choo on the Southside. There is street parking and parking in the back. The apartment is 3 bedrooms with one bath. The $600 includes all utilities.

My sister and I are in our 30s and both work downtown. We have 1 dog and 1 cat. We are looking for a 3rd person for the 3rd bedroom to help us split the cost of living downtown. We are both smokers and only smoke outside. I am in recovery and would appreciate not having alcohol in the home.
