I have a room for rent in Kirkland, WA. It is within walking distance of Juanita Beach Park, has a wood-burning fireplace, W/D in the unit, and plenty of parking for your car. We would share a bathroom, and a background check will be performed with the landlord so that you can be on the month-month lease.

I am a 28-year-old who cleans up after myself. I’m courteous and enjoy cooking, and I have a problem with binging shows/movies. Feel free to reach out, and we can chat about your preference and see it we are a good match, my inbox is always open! 😄

Basic Rules -I would like us to both be kind to each other and have open communication, this is your home so I would like you to feel comfortable having people over, all people are welcome (no house parties tho). I don’t have a chore schedule, I ask we both clean up after ourselves. As adults, I think we can figure it out 😉
