Spacious townhouse in a planned community with ample green space. Its quiet, clean, safe area to live with an active homeowner community and HOA that keeps the area nice.
The room is on the second floor of my townhouse with a private bathroom adjacent to the available bedroom.
The bottom floor has an open floorplan with living room, dining room and kitchen.
About the roomies
Male in my 50s, I work in IT from home so will be around all day. I do have a medium size dog who is protective but friendly and quick to bond with people.
