I’m looking for a roommate for the summer before I go to grad school. I own this 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home that’s updated and in the techridge area (North Austin). Looking for someone clean, and takes pride in that! Also want to be upfront that I only live 15 min from downtown. But if you have a rush hour commute, it can easily be 30-45 min 😩

I don’t really have a set schedule, so im not disturbed by when you come and go. I like to talk and socialize, but I’m building a start-up! So there are times I’m a bit avoidant. I’d love a confident roommate who isn’t anxious or afraid im mad at them all the time lol (been there).
