Private master bedroom with attached bathroom and walk-in closet. Full apartment is 2 bed 2 bath with an updated kitchen and large balcony. I’ll be traveling internationally so most of the time it’ll be your space. The complex is conveniently situated on Riverside and 91st. The complex has lots of amenities such as bike rentals, tennis courts, an updated gym, a large pool area, several cookout spots, a community garden, etc.

I’m a 25 year old male. I am currently living here alone. I’m planning to travel from May-July/August. I may return for a few days from time to time, but for the most part, the place would be yours. I run my side businesses out of the apartment so when I leave, my room will be pretty packed with boxes, etc. If you’re interested in offsetting some rent by packaging and shipping things for me, that would be a possibility but not a requirement.
