The whole one floor house for your use with kitchen , living room , dinning room and laundry room. Rent includes electricity, water , WiFi/cable and parking. House is located 6 min from the beach and also super close to many stores or locations with food and supplies you might need. Dog in the house you can’t be allergic to dog. ( Husky in the house , NO other animals allowed, only one pet). Ease to move in right away.

Only one person in the house and I’m a pretty nice, chill and easy going. Looking for someone pretty much the same, this is not a party house but its a pretty nice location with many things to do around.
