Hey we’re looking for someone to fill a single in our 4bed 1 bath house. The house and the room are on the smaller size, but it’s really cute with a lot of charm. There’s a really brand new kitchen with a dishwasher. We have kitchen appliances, a tv, furniture, and everything, so that’s all included. The house has one parking space and easy to find street parking. We’re two blocks from the beach and a ten minute walk from downtown. Let me know if you’re interested and I can send pictures!

We’re all going in to our 4th year. Two psych majors, one business major, and one environmental science major. We really love listening two music, and we have a really cool record player with tons of records. We’re all close friends and like having movie nights and wine nights, but totally understand if you want your own space.
