About the room We live about 15 miles North of Denver near Highway 76. The city is Brighton, CO. This is a quiet Christian, straight, no 420 household. This rental room is in a finished basement without water. The bathroom & shower is accessed on the first floor and is shared by others living in the home. There are 2 other renters in their own rooms already with their own shared bathroom upstairs. There is a sump room and a furnace/storage/water heater-room adjacent to the bedroom with closed doors separating it. There is a separate nook and a desk down the basement hallway. There is a dry bar with a small refrigerator. In the basement is an exercise room which everybody in the house can access and which also serves as our craft room (not shared space). There are 5 window-wells in the basement total

About the roomies We rent 3 rooms. The other two rooms are on the second floor. The renters are young men. They work out of the home. They are quiet and stay to themselves.

There is use of most of the house except the “nap room” and the big screen t.v. There is a small yard front and back and a small covered deck in the back yard. The kitchen is furnished. The refrigerator space will be 1/2 shelf or negotiated. The pantry space will be 1/2 shelf. We are an older couple. I am a RN. We moved to CO in 2013. We bought the house in 2018.
