The furnished bedroom currently has in it a Queen plus a twin extra long bed. One can be removed. There’s a dresser and two closets with hangers. The room is attached to a private bathroom with a shower and lots of storage. The home has two furnished living areas, so that provides further privacy. Front and back patio areas. Includes one parking spot only. Shared use of kitchen, washer, dryer, dining area, printer, storage unit. Utilities included: gas, electric, water, hoa, garbage and recycling, internet/wifi codes (incl Netflix, Discovery +, Disney, Hulu, Max) community center pool&gym areas. If you have shared custody of a child(ren) visiting and staying that would be an amount to be negotiated for use of the furnished 3rd bedroom. Home is ON bus route 71 Santa Cruz- Capitola-Aptos-Corralitos-Freedom-Watsonville.

I am a 53 year old woman, professional, employed with the school district. I work 8-4:30 and often extended hours. I relocated from elsewhere to CA. I don’t have family in the area and I don’t entertain visitors that often. I do have two neutered, inside only cats here. Both are friendly. Midwest girl. Friendly but can take a hint on when to share stories and when to give each other some space, privacy and silence. Lifestyle wise, there’s meat in the fridge, and I don’t practice my spiritualness around the home.
