Hello there,

We’re renting a bedroom in our awesome home in the Cherrywood neighborhood.

We’re about a 15min walk, 6min bike ride, and 4min car ride to San Leandro BART Station. Additionally, there are groceries stores, restaurants, gas stations, and parks minutes away! We’re nearby the 880 and 580 freeway that makes commuting to other towns/cities a breeze.

Pets: There is a little guinea pigs that spend most of their time in one of the roommates room; may be shown upon request 😊

About the rental: We are offering an unfurnished room in our 4-bedroom home with shared common areas and amenities (living room, kitchen, dining room, refrigerator, dishwasher, garage space, and an in-unit washer and dryer). Water, gas, electric, trash and Wi-Fi are evenly split between everyone.

We are looking for an awesome, clean person (male or female) that also enjoys having the occasional get together with friends and family. Kitchen and other shared spaces can be used without restrictions (we hope you see this as your new home and not a temporary rented space).

We highly value cleanliness, communication and harmony. We are taking our time in seeking a responsible, mature professional looking to share a home with us.

This is a month to month lease, but we hope you plan to stay long term!

How the process would go:

After sending your email, we will schedule a time to show you around the home, get to know you, and if you’re interested, have you apply with our property manager. (You will have to show proof of income)

Housemate #1: Works as an Interpreter within the mental health field and is very family oriented. She enjoys spending time with her guinea pigs and cooking, when she’s not traveling the world.

Housemate #2: He likes playing video games, board games, hanging out with friends, and can make awesome margaritas.

Housemate number #3: Works within the mental health field and in her spare times likes to travel, find good food, and collect art.
