Park Newport Apartments on the Backbay within walking distance of Fashion Island. Single room in a 3bed, 2.5bath. 1500 sq foot apartment/townhouse. We’re getting a great deal on rent since we moved in 2020. Currently paying $3,885 and these townhomes are now listed at $4,345-$5,095. (not including utilities). Our other roommate is moving out on Jan 1st and we’re looking to backfill!
