Furnished, private room/shared bathroom in a 4-bedroom house in the coveted Woodbridge HOA: a 5-minute walk from pools, parks, and shopping. Available from May through August. My wife and I (and four kids) often house exchange students in the space; but we travel a lot in the summer, so you’ll often have the house to yourself (or with one of us parents home). Washer and dryer on site, and you have full access/use of the kitchen and common areas.
