Furnished private bedroom and shared bathroom available to rent in a new, fully furnished 4bed/3bath, 2 story, single family home located in the beautiful North River Ranch community in Parrish FL. Recently built house and community with a neighborhood pool, gym, nature trails and more. Located 8 minutes away from I-75 for easy access to the highway as well as to a Publix within a 5 minute drive. Perfect central location to commute to Tampa, St. Petersburg, Bradenton, or Sarasota areas.

The rented room comes furnished with a bed, dresser, closet, and mounted tv. The shared bathroom is located right next to it with a closet for additional storage.

Our names are Linda & Alejandro! We are a cultural, recently married couple that love traveling often, going to the beach, playing sports and staying active. I work in Sales & Catering for a hotel in Bradenton and my husband, Alejandro, is a Project Manager for a construction company. We both work full time, partly remote in Bradenton and St. Pete.

We are looking for a nonsmoking, female roommate who is clean, responsible and is in search of a tranquil home with no pets (sorry).
