Currently, I have a room available for rent in a peaceful area that’s perfect for someone who enjoys a calm environment.

The new roommate must have full-time employment and cannot work from home full-time.

I’m only looking for someone who is clean and organized. It’s extremely important to maintain a clean living space, as this is how we show respect to each other without words.

If you like to party constantly, generally create disturbances, this probably isn’t the right fit.

The monthly rent for the room is $900 which includes all utilities and internet.

This house, while not immaculate, adheres to cleanliness & organization. The common spaces & dishes need to be clean.
