Ridge Top Road

Hello :) One of my roommates moved out so I am listing her room. The address is 4211 Ridge Top Rd Fairfax VA 22030. It’s a private room but you would be sharing a bathroom. This is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in Fairfax VA. The apartment is walking distance from several shopping centers, gyms, restaurants and bus stops. The apartment has a pool and gym and a parking garage (no parking pass needed). The utilities are not included in the rent but we split them so they are around $65 per person. The rent is due on the 1st of every month and utilities are due by the 15th. This is not a sub-lease situation, you would be added to the lease so a good credit-score and a reliable job is a must. We share the kitchen and living room and other common living areas and split up the chores. This apartment also has plenty of windows and natural sunlight and a washer and dryer in unit. I am looking for someone clean, organized and responsible and Ideally someone who doesn’t have people over too often. Also the lease ends in June 2023 but I am extending it for a year so i am looking for someone who wants to stay and renew the lease with me.

My name is Margo and I am 22 years old. I work full time in a hospital and I am currently taking classes at Nova majoring in nursing. I have a tabby cat named boba who’s a little crazy and annoying but very affectionate. I would describe myself as an introvert but I love being around people. I don’t party or drink or go out. When I’m not working or studying I am probably at the gym. I love the outdoors, going for hikes, shopping, trying new foods and watching Netflix with my cat. I do have another roommate but she is moving out in June and will be out of the country until then.
