About the room
The room is located in a quiet, small community minutes away from Downtown Kennesaw, Kennesaw State University, I-75 & I-575 and Barrett Parkway.
The room is a small-medium size with its own restroom and closet. It has a nice window that let’s in good sunlight, with a ceiling fan and standing fan. The room is unfurnished.
The driveway is quite small, so one may have difficulty parking large vehicles. There is no room for street parking. There is a KSU Big Owl Bus stop a 15min walk away at the West 22 apartments if you’re a student.
About the roomies
My boyfriend and I live here together, and we have a 2 year old cat named Tortilla, so you must be okay with cats! We do not want other animals living on the property, because Tortilla is not friendly with other animals.
We love video games, board games, and cooking. We try our best to clean up after ourselves and really appreciate someone that cleans up after themselves as well because we want to avoid unwanted pests.
