East 79th Street

I live in a very quiet co-op, which is a junior 4 that I have already converted with an extra room that was previously used as a small bedroom. I live on the Upper East Side, close to everything one could want, including parks and walks along the east river just a few minutes away. West of me is Central Park about a 10 min walk away. The building has a great roof deck and a gym. It is a great building. In full transparency, I am looking for an older individual who wouldn’t mind helping me share responsibilities for watching a senior dog (quiet/ chill/ low maintenance, and this doesn’t have to be full time) in exchange for a nice living space and minimal rent to help cover some expenses. I also go to work in FiDi three to four times a week. For the right person, this would be a great arrangement. I am spending a lot of money monthly on dog sitters, when it might be more beneficial to offer up my space to someone who can take advantage. Thank you.

Responsible, reliable, CLEAN, considerate, trustworthy and obviously must be good with, and ideally, love dogs….. The rest we can figure out.
