Hello!
I am a female in my early twenties with two cats. The property is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with a front and back yard. There is lots of parking and storage! Rent is $900 a month and includes internet, utilities and room and board. Pets are welcome as long as they are cat friendly. You are free to use the kitchen and cleaning supplies. Please be neat and clean, I do pest control once a month. You must keep your bathroom clean, this is a must.

No heavy drinkers Non smokers are preferred, but if you smoke, please do so outside. Pets are welcome as long as they are cat friendly. Clean and neat Renters insurance required
