Beth's room

We are centrally located near RTP, Duke University and Hospital, UNC and UNC Hospital, NC State, I-40 and I-85. There are lots of shops and stores near the apartment complex. Room has a ceiling fan, two windows, and walk-in closet. Apartment has a full washer and dryer and balcony. Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed and prefer a roommate who doesn’t smoke at all. Not 420-friendly, as I hold an EMS certification that could be revoked by the State due to proximity to marijuana. Apartment is on the 3rd/top floor of the building, no elevator, so you will need to be okay with stairs. :-)

I am neat, clean (not a neat-freak), and quiet. I do not do drugs and rarely drink, so not 420-friendly. The other person currently on the lease is moving out when the lease renews mid-March. You will need to pass a criminal background check, with a $100 deposit. You would rent the 12/8“ x 11’4“ room that has interior access to the shared bathroom. I clean the communal rooms (living room, kitchen, and dining room) and the kitchen is stocked with pots & pans, utensils, and plates. You would have a shelf and drawer in the refrigerator and two shelves in the pantry. All utilities are included in the price (wifi, electric, water, and trash). My political views lean Libertarian, fiscally conservative, and I am into emergency preparedness. A cat is in residence. :-)
