Private bedroom and bath in Altamonte springs. Room is fully furnished, but can move furniture out if needed. Shared condo with owner and quiet medium sized dog. I’m a professional who typically goes to bed early and wakes up early. I don’t mind if someone has different life hours than me, just needs to be considerate. Not looking for a partier and no overnight guests. No smoking of any kind allowed. I have a washer/dryer in unit and use of living room and kitchen is fine, I just ask that someone is clean. All utilities included as well as internet, Hulu, Netflix, and prime apps on TV. Would need a background check and proof of income and a signed lease of agreed upon time. Designated parking can be included for extra, although there is plenty of parking around complex, but sometimes can vary where depending on time. There is a conservation area with a path, seminole wekiva trail right around the corner, lake access, and a community pool. I am open to renting to travel professionals and shorter term rentals (1-6 months) Message me if you have any questions. :)

I’m a 36 year old professional who works a Mon-Fri. I have one medium sized dog who is very quiet and sweet. She does not bark or make a mess of anything. I like a very clean environment, so other than seeing my dog there you wouldn’t know i have one. I have a washer and dryer in unit. On the weekends I will often go to state parks or sometimes use that as downtime to relax at home.
