Gracie's room

Room for rent in two bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome. Room includes a private bathroom as well as a small office/loft space outside of the room. Renter will have access to common areas such as living room, kitchen, laundry room, and dining area. Included in the property are a pool, hot tub, basketball court, and tennis court available for use. Common spaces are already fully furnished, room for rent will not be furnished. HOA fee is included in the rent, utilities and internet will be paid monthly not included in rent.

Dog living in the unit already, we can accept tenants with one dog only if our dogs are able to meet and get along prior to lease signing.

My name is Gracie (26) and my partner, Elina (29), our dog Lucy (5), and I are looking for a roommate starting in October! We are super friendly people, and we love meeting new people. Some hobbies of ours are camping, going outside, singing karaoke, watching TV, and playing with our dog. I am an early childhood education student as we as a nanny and a substitute teacher. Elina is currently a fulltime pre-med student.
