Shared Kitchen and Bathroom. Dont use the livingroom so new roommate could use that mostly to themselves. Private room with your own closet and double window. Unit has hardwood floors and tile in the bathroom and kitchen. Hard wired LAN wire to both rooms for more stable internet feed. Unit has a stove and fridge. I also have an airfryer, microwave and just picked up a countertop dishwasher.

Unit has 2 parking spots I use one and there is also street parking if you get a village sticker but not needed if you only use one parking spot.

NO regular parties. Holidays or special events are fine but I enjoy peace at home. No Smoking inside, vaping is fine tho.

I’m 35yo christian guy keep pretty quite. I work long hours often Mon-Sat other then that I watch TV, on the phone with my fiance, workout or visit nearby family. Im more of an introvert unless you start talking to me about my favorite topics: bible, history, or politics I can be a bit chatty.

My fiance will be moving in and we’ll be married in a lil over a month. She is new to our area and is unemployed so I want a roommate that I feel safe leaving alone with her. Either another lady or a couple but no single guys.
