Very private, sits 400 feet from the Rd. River view from the front door easy access to the water large fire pit. The bedroom for rent was recently gutted and redone. The house was built 6ft in the ground.
About the roomies
Easy going always busy until sunset, then I just sit down and watch. Learning how to garden. Please no pets as I have a dog. It’s very peaceful here. I’m hoping to find a like minded individual that is easy going clean quiet and respectful. Don’t rightly know what else to say.
