SAN MATEO ROOM FOR RENT I have a 3 bedroom/1 bath condo on the San Mateo Lagoon. I have two open rooms and I am renting one to one person. You have your choice of either room. One room is $1495 a month and the other is $1395 a month. You do not pay for any other housing costs. All utilities are included (off street parking sticker, gas, electric, garbage, water, landscapers, internet, cable to include Apple TV with Netflix, Paramount, Amazon and more). You have use of the kitchen, bathroom, and downstairs area.

Unfurnished Room #1: $1395 a month. month to month agreement. Three month minimum. The upstairs room measures 10’ x 8’9“ with a small 3’3“ x 6“ closet. Approx. 108 square feet total. It has one window that faces the street.

Unfurnished Room #2: $1495 a month. Month to month agreement . Three month minimum. The upstairs room measures 13’10“ x 8’9“ which includes the closet. Approx. 120 square feet. This is a corner room with windows on two walls facing the street. This room has a lot of cabinets and built in shelving.

The rooms are not big, but past tenants have put full size beds in both rooms.

Condo is located in San Mateo right off of the 101 & 92 intersection on the San Mateo side of the lagoon. The complex has a pool and a free gym directly across the street from my front door. The condo is also situated next to a park with a basketball court, baseball diamonds, kids play area, and a walking path that goes around the Foster City side of the lagoon. You can drop in a kayak or a Paddle board and just take off.

Total move in: First and last month rent plus a $300 damage deposit (you will get back on move out)

I am posting pics of the rooms as past tenants furnished them, but they are unfurnished.
