Room in a house, close to Embry riddle and Daytona State College, walking distance to walmart and key food, family of 3 all works full time, the room is big and comfortable, quiet neighborhood, no parties no drugs no smoking, family oriented ambiance, shared bathroom only with my daughter, no other renters in the house, very pleasant people, electricity water and Internet included, laundry on site.
