Rent is $1223 a month (full rent is $2,446. You will pay half of that) + a one time $500 deposit. Electric and gas are around $120-$200 every 2 months depending on usage. Internet is $35/mon. Manager pays for water and trash. No pets unfortunately. Apartment is partially furnished. The other room will have no furniture (see photos and video)
