About the room
The Hub is a wonderful community, fresh off the press (less than a year old) and has beautiful amenities such as a quiet room, a gym and an outdoor cooking area. I was shocked to see such a inviting place to live so close to city hall and other businesses. Everything is accessible by keycard only, so high security, as well as having an elevator and interior apartment entrances. With wide door frames and move-in friendly designs, it was easy to see why people moved here.
About the roomies
Like most places, the residents keep to themselves and the walls and floors are as sound-proof as you can expect from an apartment building. I keep to myself most of the time and will really only come out if I have questions or requests to make. If I like the people, my reclusiveness can easily change into coming out more frequently to establish and maintain friendships. Iβm highly adaptable and am willing to pitch in where it matters. Iβm an organized person, and while Iβm not experienced in delegating tasks, I am more than happy to contribute to discussions about how to make fair work and play (play = any free time that isnβt being used to complete chores). I currently have two cats as pictured and I will not be getting rid of them under any circumstance. If you are allergic and/or donβt like cats, I would strongly suggest searching for a roommate from a different ad. I am currently a little short on furniture as I am undergoing a major life transition at the moment. If you have a couch, entertainment center or both OR are willing to split the bill for some new ones, I welcome any discussions about it.
