Kitchen features a huge island with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and large windows to enjoy the views. The Estates offer 2 swimming pools, spas, tennis and pickleball courts, golf course, clubhouse, horse facilities/equestrian center, hiking trails, picnic and BBQ areas.

I’m an animal loving happy-go-lucky kind of guy. Born and raised in California I love all things outdoors from surfing to snow skiing and motorcycling to rock climbing. I’ve been a housemate on and off throughout the years starting in college. I’m looking to share space in my new house with other happy-go-lucky people. I’m a single man with simple needs. Any room of the three is available. I’m not necessarily beholden to the main-level master bedroom though that one comes at a different monthly cost.
