Hi! We have a bedroom in our home that we’re looking to rent out. There are 3 of us that live here currently, however my roommate is looking for someone to take over her lease as I’m moving to a different area. It’s in a great spot and is less than 15 minutes from the beach! It comes with a parking spot so you wouldn’t need to worry about parking on the street. We have a washer and a dryer in unit as well, with all other major appliances. My roommates together have 1 dog and 1 cat who are both super friendly and lovable. We also have a fenced in backyard that is super nice and spacious, as well as a garage for storage! I attached a couple of images of the room that’s for rent, the bathroom, living room, kitchen, and dining area. We’re preferably looking for another girl roommate. Her lease ends in May, however, she is able to move out sooner than that if you would like to move in sooner. We want to sign another year lease once end of May comes so we are looking for someone who wants to stay for a year at least. I am 25 years old and my roommate that is staying is 31, we work for the same company in Newport Beach doing eco tourism! We are super easy going and have been friends for about 2 years when we both moved to California! We are always looking for more friends and so hoping to find a roommate who loves the ocean/environment as much as we do and is easy going :)
