Frontage Road

House is directly off Frontage rd halfway between Bozeman and Belgrade. Room is located in the basement with private bath. Shares no walls with other bedrooms very private. Fits a queen-cal king sized bed, and desk. Walk in closet that looks like a 1970s horror film. (Unfinished). Gentle dusting of pet hair. We vacuum and sweep frequently but it’s just there man. We have a second full size fridge with freezer in the garage that would be yours to use. The downstairs living room is available for you to put a desk in or what not we don’t use the space much unless it’s negative temps out. Then we’re sitting on the couch by the pellet stove. Pets: 1/2 acre lot with alot of ducks and chickens roaming in the backyard. The backyard is their space so the grass stays long so they can forage and hide. Were building a massive garden and dealing with a few projects. Two well trained dogs, and we’re happy to accommodate another pet but we require 3 separate meetings to ensure our animals can live together safely.

Married couple. Andrew 30 and Eryn 29, both working professionals. Andrew: I like hiking and being outdoors with my dogs. Eryn: still in school working toward my degree in Mathematics. I like to just hang out with my noisy animals. We bought the house to escape the ridiculous rent hikes so now we have a ridiculous mortgage! We’re easy going people tend to keep to our selves
