I am looking for a roommate to sublet the other bedroom in my apartment. It is 1700 ft2 upstairs plus a two garage downstairs (you would get 1 space). There is storage for bikes, skis, golf clubs, etc.

The community is beautiful and has multiple pools, a spa, a gym, a business center, etc. all included in the rent. I have Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, etc and a 75“ smart tv. The apartment has an ADT security system, washer/dryer in the unit, private attached garage with storage, a balcony overlooking the tree tops and a separate patio large enough to entertain 20-30 ppl.

Ideally, I want to find someone that is a working professional (perfect for a travel nurse) or a grad student and brings zero drama to the equation. I am a very neat person and I expect the same. I keep to myself, am a working professional (consultant).
