Your private area: The 2nd floor area consists of two rooms, a full bathroom, and a small loft area overlooking the living room. The bedroom has a large walk-in closet. As I intend for you to be the only tenant, I will consider the entirety of the 2nd floor to be your private area, I don’t have any need to come upstairs. Furnishings upstairs are fairly minimal, there is a couch and a twin-sized bed.

The rest of the house: spacious and well-kept 3,300 sqft house in a nice quiet neighborhood. Corner lot with a decently sized yard and patio with a view to a natural area. Very large shared living space, in-house washer and dryer, well-equipped kitchen, and full-sized, unfinished basement with an area for working out.

I am the homeowner and I live on the property alone with my very friendly and very mellow dog. I only intend to have a single tenant. I’m very responsible and keep a clean house, and value mutual respect above all else. I work as a systems administrator for a cyber security company, the vast majority of the time I work from home. I can keep to myself but I’d prefer a roommate situation where we aren’t total strangers, I’m always happy to go out for a drink in old town or stay in for a night of binge watching.
