Julianne's room

Hello I have a house in the Sunnybrae section of Yardville. The tenant will have the second floor by themselves. Two rooms plus an extra closet. Shared bathroom with me. Laundry in the basement, Large patio in backyard. Security and first months rent required before move in.

You will be sharing the house with me and my cat Pearl. Must be an animal lover. I’m looking for a non-smoking working woman who doesn’t work remotely. No drugs and no overnight guests. I work the day shift so I’m usually in bed by 11:00 pm. I like things quiet after 9:30 pm. I like to go hiking and running. I do yoga once a week. I enjoy reading, thrift shopping and watching tv in the evenings.
