About the room
Beautiful 1929 house in excellent condition. It’s a three bedroom house. One room is for me, another for a renter and the third is a music room that currently has my grand piano in it. There’s a really great kitchen. The neighborhood is safe and pedestrian friendly. It’s located five minutes from UAMS and Children’s Hospital, and downtown.
About the roomies
I stay most of the time at my cabin out of town making a homestead and I come to Little Rock a few days each month. There is no one else living here.
I’m retired now and love the nature, playing piano, visiting my son and family when I come to town. I mostly grew up in North Little Rock. I’ve owned my house for 9 years now.
