Located two blocks away from Branch Brook Park if you want to go jogging or for a picnic. There’s always street parking either on the block or one block away. It’s a cozy quiet room in a walk in basement. The area is predominantly Hispanic. The neighbors are friendly and down to earth. Also the light rail train is 3 blocks away. All utilities are included with the rent. The building has a laundry machine that all four floor uses.

I live with my boyfriend and teenage brother. I work evening and my boyfriend works night. We are a very quiet brunch and ideally this room is for someone unproblematic. We all are fairly new to NJ. The previous person who occupied the room ended up getting married and moving an hour away.
