Room is 13 ft long by 8.5 ft wide with a full size bathroom , including full size shower and almost full size closet. Room also comes with own parking spot, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer in house, and is smoke friendly as well as animal friendly. I am ok with 1 dog or cat but they need to be good with other cats and dogs as we have both. Rent will be increased as well as the down payment too if there are any animals. We are looking for a chill roommate who keeps the common areas clean and is good with the animals in the house. Leasing the room out for a minimum of 6 months up to a year.
