Have a chill house - kinda bohemian - on the east side, 5 miles from strip, convenient location but not in a newer gated type of community tho. Mostly empty, owner is there part-time upgrading the place when can. Pet/420 friendly - no drama. Looking for responsible person working full-time outside of home.
