Short term rental (6 months) 2 separate bedrooms at $900 a month each, trash, water and electricity included. Located in Portsmouth off of Sprague/ E. Main. Quiet street. Close to stores and restaurants, 15 minutes from Newport. Current roommates are quiet professionals. Looking for 2 more single female roommates. No smoking, no pets (1 tenant already has a medium size dog) and no parties. Nice size communal fully furnished living room/ kitchen/ dining room and small workout area in the basement that includes weights/ treadmill. Washer and dryer use included. Above ground pool and 3 decks. Only available for rental between May 1 and November 1st. Decor in bedrooms are different than pictures. Currently only a queen bed in each room.

Currently there are 2 roommates renting 2 separate rooms. 1 roommate has the suite room. The other will be sharing bathrooms. Both roommates are full time working women and also attend school. No parties, no drugs, no smoking. Roommates are related.
