I live alone in a 4 bed/ 2 bath 2009 double wide on 1.5 acres. I have a spare office I don’t use and 2 guest room as wellI that aren’t used anymore since I’m a divorced empty nester. My property backs up to a lake and creek that feeds it. It has a screened in 40 ft porch with a great creek view that attracts lots of birds.

I have quality vintage furniture and bed that’s available and generous closet and its own entrance/ exit along with a 2 car carport. I’m off 71 across from McKinney Roughs. It’s easy acces to Austin and Bastrop.

I live alone, work a lot as a preschool teacher and stay busy in community meet up activities.
