Camille's room

We have a room open for rent in our home in San Rafael, CA. We are centrally located, tucked between San Rafael HS and Dominican University. Though we live on a quiet street, we are also within walking distance of Whole Foods, Montecito Shopping Center, and downtown.

We are looking for a personable, considerate, and easy going roommate. Due to communal living spaces, tidiness and general courtesy of others is of utmost importance. We hope to find somebody who has a full life but is also open to taking part in the occasional house BBQ.

Rent for the room is $1250/month + an additional $75/month to cover all utilities (wifi/cable/trash/water/pg&e). The lease is month to month. Bathroom is shared with two others, as well as the kitchen, and living room. We also have a great deck with views of Mt. Tam, a lawn, and BBQ area.

Laundry machine and dryer in house.

We are all animal lovers, but have communally agreed to keep the house pet free for the time being.

I am the homeowner and live on the lower floor of the home with my partner. We love to cook, hang out, listen to music and watch movies. We are very quiet and usually keep to ourselves downstairs. The upper level is shared with two 30/35 yo males who both work in sales. They are both cannabis friendly (outside only) and are very clean and extremely friendly dudes!
