I am a single mother. It is just myself and my daughter 17 in the home. You will have your own furnished room with private bathroom with walk in closet, with access to large kitchen and washer and dryer is available. Utilities are included. I am looking for a responsible and trustworthy female who cleans after herself and willing to stay for at least 1 year or longer. We will be located in Cathedral City Ca. I am a full time certified medical assistant. I work during the week but off weekends. I don’t have a lot of company. I don’t smoke, but I drink occasionally mostly weekends on a Saturday night. I like Sundays to relax and watch a movie or show in my room. I am clean. Easy to get along with. I have respect for others privacy as well. I am also as fun, honest, and genuine as they come. My daughter is really quiet she is shy but she will speak. She is bilingual in both English and Spanish and she is a senior in high school locally. She is a straight A student and she has her drivers license. She also works weekends and plays sports. She’s a good kid!
